    Why it matters

Nothing retyped. Nothing waiting. Nothing missed.

    Nothing is retyped

The grades the instructor gave are the grades in the record, the qualification, the folder and the dashboard. One entry, no copies.

    Nothing waits on a desk

Validity, filing and the pilot's own page update the moment the session is signed. The audit file is complete before anyone asks for it.

    Problems show early

A pass with weak grades is still a pass, but the system notices the pattern and the manager sees it before the next check, not after a fail.
